Approve rezoning application β 5995β6015 Dunbar Street
Carried- Council voted on whether to approve the rezoning of 5995β6015 Dunbar Street to allow a five-storey, 76-unit market rental building.
- The applicant (Strand Development) spoke in support, noting the lack of rental supply in the Dunbar neighbourhood.

- Councillor Kirby-Yung moved to waive the presentation; motion was seconded and carried.
- Consistent with Motion 1, skipping the presentation streamlined the hearing given no registered speakers.

Carried- Council voted on whether to approve the CD1 rezoning of 3205 Arbutus Street for a four-storey mixed-use building with 54 secured market rental units and ground-floor commercial space.
- The applicant (Yamamoto Architecture) was available to answer questions but none were raised by council.
- No public speakers appeared in person or by phone.
- The Acting Mayor noted the significance of approving much-needed rental housing.
- Motion carried unanimously.
